Laura has over 20 years experience working in HR, including several years specialising in reward.

Laura has worked across a variety of sectors, providing specialist HR advice to leaders across organisations on all aspects of Human Resource Management. Laura also has substantial experience leading on projects and has a track record of delivery.

Prior to joining ECC, Laura worked with one of our clients, leading on the implementation of a major HERA job evaluation project, to support the development of a new, bespoke pay and grading structure. Much of this work involved Laura working closely with the trade unions.

Laura spends most of her spare time crafting, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and going for walks with her boys.
