Cat’s Reward career began in a Human Resources consultancy, supporting the delivery of remuneration surveys. Her subsequent in-house Reward roles were in the IT and Financial Services sectors, where she gained experience in job matching, implementing a job evaluation system, benchmarking, data analysis and the development of pay structures and job families.
Following a career break to bring up her two sons, Cat went on to work in the Education sector and brings all her combined experience and skills to the ECC member services team.
Outside work, Cat enjoys family time, watching her younger son play football, walking the family dog, gardening and catching up with friends, often over a cup of tea! She also enjoys reading and watching a good drama.
